Pallavi Prasad is a journalist turned strategist with over a decade of experience working on
gender, health, policy, and climate in India. She has bylines across The Swaddle, The Quint,
PARI, Article 14, Firstpost, and Newsworthy. She has also shaped narratives and communication
strategies for the World Bank, ICRW, Population Foundation of India, Global Health Strategies,
She Changes Climate, and Marico Innovation Foundation, among others.
She leads strategy and community at BehanBox, a feminist media organisation interrogating gender
and marginality in India across health, labour, economy, climate, culture, policy, and tech &
AI. She is driving BehanBox's evolution beyond journalism and building ChangeLabs, its impact
arm, which works with NGOs, funders, movements, research organisations, and government to turn
BehanBox's ground-level knowledge and networks into partnerships that make the social sector's
response sharper and more accountable to the communities it serves.
